What’s New
- Tenant Messaging Flags (Internal)
Turn WhatsApp and email on/off per tenant from the admin screen. When enabled, SUPER ADMINS see a dashboard icon for quick access. Internal use only; no changes for standard users.
- Messaging Whitelist (Internal)
Restrict messaging in development with an admin-editable whitelist of allowed emails and phone numbers. This prevents unauthorized notifications and alerts during testing, and can be updated anytime from the admin UI.
- Ticketing — Email Notifications
Requesters receive an email when SSGG posts a public comment or changes a ticket’s status. SSGG is notified when the requester adds a public comment, so both parties stay informed automatically.
- Ticketing — Simplified Requester View
The requester experience is streamlined to the essentials. “My Requests” opens by default after sign-in, and only “My Requests” and “New Request” are visible—no other menus.
- SSGG Product Selector
SSGG users can switch between their eGenya products or open a dashboard for any tenant in their organization from a single selector. Quick, one-click navigation without losing context.
- Multi-Tenant Incident Workflow
Scan a QR to view all available tenants for that organization and choose where to act. Submit incidents across tenants in one guided flow with built-in permission checks. Fully tested end-to-end, with minor stability fixes included.
