What’s new

 

  • Reporte de Cumplimiento improvements

We updated the Reporte de Cumplimiento to make it clearer and easier to use. Text labels and column headers are more consistent, and clusters are now sorted in a natural, human-friendly order.

 

  • Tenant upload process update (internal)

We improved our internal tenant upload process in both the CLI and the UI. It now supports two extra configuration fields from the client spreadsheet, which are validated and stored so they are correctly applied to each client.

 

  • Secure Metabase access for analytics (internal)

We enabled secure external access to our internal Metabase analytics tool and connected it to the MongoDB database. All data access now uses encrypted connections, proper login, and validated queries for safe and reliable dashboards.

 

  • Ticketing (Ticketera) UI and workflow improvements

We simplified the Ticketera module by removing the “reclamo/sugerencia” request type and other unused fields. We also removed the top header bar and updated the Kanban boards so all statuses appear in one horizontal row with a scrollbar when needed.

 

  • Ticketing collaboration and organization

We improved how users work together and organize tickets. The request form now uses a cascading Gerencia–Departamento–Área selection, comments support @mentions with email alerts, and SSGG users have a three-dots menu with delete and archive actions.
